Job Description
- To create and modify detailed, accurate tender, shop and As-build drawings.
- To collaborate with site engineers, architects and other team members to ensure drawings align with project specifications and requirements.
- To review and revise drawings to ensure compliance with relevant standards and codes.
- To assist in the preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for tendering project.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to clarify projects requirements and specifications.
- To maintain accurate and organized documentation of drawings, quantities and cost estimates.
Professional Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- At Least 2 years working experience in related field.
- Prefer more experience with ACMV system.
- Must have Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
- Must be good in Auto CAD (2D, 3D).
- Must be good at using Microsoft Office, Email & Internet.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure & high sense of responsibility.
Working Time : Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
