Established in 1973, Constructive Engineers Ltd. has grown to become one of Myanmar’s leading MEP contractors, offering comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services. Initially focused on air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems, we have expanded our capabilities over the years to provide integrated engineering solutions for modern building needs.
In 2015, we diversified our services to include fire protection systems, plumbing and sanitation (P&S), internal electrical works, extra-low voltage (ELV) systems, and building automation systems (BAS). As a trusted M&E contractor in Yangon and Myanmar, we are dedicated to providing sustainable MEP solutions and implementing energy-efficient systems to meet the demands of today’s construction and engineering industries.
